AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION TRIBUNAL APPOINTMENT
I am pleased to announce the appointment of an additional member to the Australian

Mr Brian Keane, of Burradoo, NSW, has been appointed until 4 August 2009. Mr
Keane is a Principal at Brian Keane and Associates, Management and Insurance

This will increase the number of general members from seven to eight, enhancing
the level of business expertise on the Tribunal.

the Australian Competition Tribunal in 1995. The Tribunal’s core function
are to review a range of decisions under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
